Chinese smartphone maker, Vivo is all set to launch its mid-range Vivo Y100 A smartphone in India, according to Mumbai-based retailer Mahesh Telecom. This new device is expected to be a part of the Y-series, known for its budget and mid-range phones.
This upcoming device is claimed to have 8GB of RAM and 256GB of in-built storage. Additionally, the device is tipped to sport a 6.38-inch FHD+ AMOLED display. With another mid-range phone from Vivo, users can expect high quality experience from this device.
The device is said to be equipped with a triple rear camera setup, comprising of a 64MP main sensor, 2MP secondary sensor and 2MP depth sensor. The front camera is expected to feature a 16MP module. The device is powered by an octa-core MediaTek D920 chipset, backed by a 4,500 mAh battery with 44W fast charging support. The single variant of Vivo Y100 A is expected to be priced at Rs 26,999.
A sister series of Y-series, Vivo’s T-series of smartphones is also rumoured to make its debut in India. According to reports, the Vivo T2 series will be launched in the country by mid-April.
