Akshikha Entertainment Production have announced the release of the much-awaited trailer of Akshay Singh’s directorial debut, ‘Pinky Beauty Parlour’. The global premiere of this movie took place at the prestigious MAMI International Film Festival, while it was also showcased at the renowned International Film Festival of India (IFFI Goa), Melbourne Film Festival, HAWAII Honolulu Film Festival, Canada Ottawa Film Festival, Seattle Film Festival and more.

The movie tells the story of two sisters, Pinky and Bulbul, who run a beauty parlour in Banaras. But things take a dark turn when a dead body is found in their parlour. As the investigation proceeds, dark secrets come to light about the world of beauty parlours and its unrealistic beauty demands. The film stars Sulagna Panigrahi, Jogi Mallang, Vishwanath Chatterjee, Akshay Singh, Anupama Negi, Sangam Rai, Arpita Banerjee, Khusboo Gupta and Abhay Joshi in the lead roles.

Akshay Singh is an Indian actor, film producer and director. He is best known for his work in films such as Black Friday, Firaaq and Peepli Live. He is also the director of Pinky Beauty Parlour, a film which brings to light the issues faced in the Indian beauty industry.
